Nezahualcoyotl (Hungry Coyote) was a great king and noble leader of the Aztec Empire.
Known as the Poet King, he filled his court with philosophers, engineers, artists and musicians; established the rule of law, scholarship and artistry; designed some of the most famous Aztec achievements; and led his people through a golden age of peace and prosperity.
It is in this spirit - one that embraces human potential, the importance of community and the celebration of vibrant culture - that we bring you Hungry Coyote.

Francisco And Friends
On a beautiful autumn day in Nezahualcoyotl Mexico, Chef Francisco was born into a long line of taqueros, dedicated to creating simply delicious food. Making his way to the U.S. as a young man, he has honed his craft in the kitchens of Uncles, Aunts and Cousins. He now calls Needham home for him and his family, and is excited to bring his culture and passion for great food to Needham and beyond.
He is joined by an amazing community, filled with stories of cooking
(and eating) with friends and family. They bring us their traditional recipes, preserving the flavors of those that came before us. Simply amazing food and drink that brings together a few simple ingredients in just the right ways. From our natural margaritas, to Olivia’s sublime tamales hand mix in large copper pot.
